Optimization of Machining Parameters for Corner Accuracy Improvement for WEDM Processing

چکیده

Corner accuracy occurring in wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) is influenced by parameters such as vibration, lag, and excessive discharge, etc. This study proposed an optimization method which can improve the corner of WEDM process. The pulse-on time (ON), pulse-off (OFF), open circuit voltage (OV), servo (SV), tension (WT), flushing pressure (WA) were selected to investigate influences major on this study. Three different angles 30°, 60°, 90° chosen for verification experiments. response surface methodology (RSM) was used analyze effect each parameter error. After integrating value algorithm, system with a friendly human–machine interface, has procedure guiding function, developed use C# language. predict error also recommend optimal smaller faster speed based original parameters. Finally, cutting experiments conducted verify system, results showed that effectively 39%, 20%, 33%.
